Below you'll find the most commonly asked questions about our retreat, we have collected all these questions together to help you get a better idea of what to expect at our retreat and if it's right for you! CAN I COME TO THE RETREAT BY MYSELF?

Yes! The vast majority of our guests arrive at the retreat as solo travellers and leave with a whole new group of friends. Many of our past guests have stayed in touch and organised their own meet ups together. So we would not only say yes that you can come alone, but that we would actually encourage you to. We aim to make our retreat as warm and welcoming as possible - just ask any of our past guests! We understand sometimes going to a new place and meeting new people can be daunting. We can help with any questions about travel, sometimes it’s possible to match people up to travel together. You will be warmly welcomed and well looked after.


WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO HAVE TO ATTEND THE RETREAT?

Although we encourage our guests to retreat the way they want to and skip any activity that doesn't suit them, we do recommend that you have a good level of physical fitness at the time you visit us so that you can enjoy and get the most out of all our planned activities. Some examples of what we will be doing include: moderately paced walks, an hour long Vinyasa Flow Yoga class designed to challenge you but build strength and flexibility, sometimes swimming. Our guests can choose to skip any activity during our week, but to enjoy your time with us to the fullest you will need to be physically fit enough for the activities listed above.


DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?

Yes! We will ask each guest at the time of booking if they have any dietary requirements or allergies at all and our experienced and talented chefs will be happy to accommodate them. All of our chefs are those we have worked with previously, whom we trust and our customers love.


DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes we do! When booking your retreat, you’ll be given a few options. If it is a Day Retreat, we offer two options; pay half now and half later OR pay in full. Your half payment will be due four weeks prior to your Day Retreat. If it is an Abroad Retreat, we offer three options; pay just the non-refundable deposit now, pay half now and half later OR pay in full. Our flexible payment options on Abroad Retreats, mean you can pay as little or as much as you like up until the 8-12 weeks prior mark. This is dependent on our financial commitment to the venue and we will clarify that on the booking page of your retreat. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

What if I am unwell for the retreat?

We highly recommend all our guests take out travel insurance (holiday insurance) and this should be purchased immediately following making your booking with us. This is not included in the retreat price and should be bought independently. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked with us you can check our refund policy by clicking Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page.


Can I use my phone on the retreat?

Yes! We understand life goes on, even when on retreat! Our venues all have WiFi unless stated so if you need to log on for a while or make a few phone calls that’s no problem. Free time is built into all retreats. We do recommend to benefit from the retreat that you limit screen time and during our planned yoga classes and workshops phones will not be permitted only ICE. We acknowledge that you may find our retreats quite “instagrammable” too so we ask to capture the moment in your heart first and then take the photo!
